We Are

In 2020, Pam Struckhoff became the third Executive Director of The Care Service. Pam joined The Care Service in 2009 as a social worker after earning both a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from University of Missouri–St. Louis. By 2011 Pam transitioned to Director of Program Services, providing guidance and oversight to all client focused programs. She was also instrumental in developing The Care Service Street Outreach program in 2016. Pam is passionate about creating change in our community and working to end homelessness in the tri-county area.

Kathy Henderson has been instrumental to the success of The Care Service since becoming Director of Operations in 2008. She began her journey with the organization as a volunteer intake worker, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges faced by the local community. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and brings a solid background in both the financial and retail industries. Her diverse experience and long-standing dedication have made her a vital leader in advancing the mission of The Care Service.

Mary Reynolds joined The Care Service as Director of Finance in 2012. A graduate of University of Missouri–St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining The Care Service team, Mary served as controller at Midwest Subsurface testing. She brings extensive experience working as an accountant in non-profit and construction organizations to her role at The Care Service. Mary also enjoyed her experiences teaching accounting courses as an adjunct instructor from 1992 until 2004. Mary is a Partner in Misson to the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood in O’Fallon, Missouri.

Brittany Morgan is a Licensed Social Worker with extensive experience supporting vulnerable children and families through comprehensive, strengths-based services. She holds both a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Social Work (MSW). Brittany first joined The Care Service in 2013 as a Generalist Social Worker, providing wrap-around support to low-income individuals and families. After a period away, she returned in 2017 and has since advanced into leadership roles. In that time, she has served as Supervisor of the Case Management and Street Outreach teams, overseeing service delivery across the tri-county area. In 2020, Brittany stepped into the role of Director of Program Services, where she drives the vision, coordination, and execution of the agency’s programs and services.

Brittany brings a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations through innovative, person-centered approaches. With a strong track record of thinking outside the box, she has consistently developed and implemented strategies that address complex needs. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening programs and enhancing service systems to advance The Care Service’s mission.

Donna Tobin brings over 25 years of involvement in non-profit organizations, and a background in finance, sales, and event planning to her current role as Director of Development. Donna first joined The Care Service team as a volunteer helping with special events and grant writing in 2003. In 2008 Donna accepted the position of Finance Department lead. She spent additional time working directly with clients and providing program support. After gaining experience at another non-profit Donna returned to The Care Service as a member of the Development Department and stepped into the role of Director of Development in 2024. Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Louis University with a certificate in Business Administration. Donna served on the Board of Directors of Community Helping Ministry and is involved in local non-profit and professional organizations.
