Health & Wellness

Sts. Joachim & Ann Care Service provides many different types of health & wellness assistance.  We have, in the past, provided prescription funding, medical equipment and supplies, dental and vision care for children, mammogram/Well Woman Care, flu shots and Mental Health Assessment and Counseling.

The provision of this type of assistance allows our families to use their financial resources for other necessities, such as utilities and transportation.  For seniors or the chronically ill, the requirement of multiple prescriptions can be a huge burden.  Our funding allows us to relieve some of this burden, and provide a hopeful future for our families.
